About Us > Our Team

Our reception manager is the most experienced member of the team, having worked in the dental industry for over 35 years. Her knowledge is extremely vast that she could almost be a dentist, a supreme asset to our practice. She leads a busy lifestyle, being heavily involved in the Australian Ice Racing Association, where her youngest son is a two-time Winter Olympian, who represented Australia at Torino in 2006 and Vancouver in 2010. Yvonne loves to travel the world when she needs a break from looking after our practice.

One of our patient co-ordinators, Monique graduated from RMIT in 1998 with a certificate III in dental assisting. She joined our team in 2007. Her nature is to be amazingly organised, and she is absolutely dedicated to her work. Her efficiency is second to none. Keeping fit is one of her passion in life, where she enjoys running and going to the gym.

Another of our patient co-ordinators is Joanne. She gained her certificate III in dental assisting from RMIT in 1991. She has been a member of our team since 2008. Her bubbly and spontaneous personality makes her an absolute joy to work with. She is a truly caring person, whose compassion shows through when she looks after patients and even other team members.

A great all rounder, Kim is capable of performing any duties given to her. She graduated with a certificate III in dental assisting from Ingenuity in 2006, and has been working with us since 2007. She enjoys having different roles, hence she can be seen receptioning, patient co-ordinating, assisting dentists, and almost everywhere in the practice.

In 2009, we got lucky when Neomi joined our team. You see, she used to be a qualified dentist before she migrated to Australia. This results in her being an over-qualified dental assistant. Thus, her knowledge and skills are very valuable to our practice. She is always on the go, and nothing gets in her way. We are often surprised by the amount of energy she has.

Cristal always wanted to be a dental assistant. In 2010 she took the initiative to apply for a position at our practice, when we were not actually looking to fill any position. Her determination, however, got her over the line, and she has become a wonderful addition to our team. She graduated with her certificate III in dental assisting from RMIT in 2011. Eager to further her qualifications, Cristal graduated with certificate IV in dental radiography from Menzies Institute in 2014.

Being a busy mother to two young children, Jaime is one of our qualified dental assistants, who works mainly on Saturday mornings. She became a part of our team in 2006. Originally from Western Australia, she is a gentle and caring person, and patients are able to relate to her easily. If not assisting the dentists, she can be found at the front desk of our practice.
